A Proposed settlement has been reached that would resolve the class action lawsuit Dalton v. Home Depot U.S.A. d/b/a Home Depot. The lawsuit alleges that Home Depot violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12161 to 12189 and ints implementing regulations by failing to ensure that Defednat’s payment terminals provide private, safe, independent, and full and equal access to persons who are blind or who have low-vision withing the meaning of the ADA
